REACT Engineering Ltd

was established in 1994 to address the nuclear clean-up market and this continues to be its principal business. REACT has established a leading position in developing creative and robust strategic, engineering and management solutions to address the nuclear decommissioning and waste management challenges faced by the UK nuclear industry. REACT contributes front-end design and methodologies, safety case and documentation support to CNSL consortium projects.

Shepley Engineers Ltd

is a wholly owned subsidiary of Renew Holdings plc. Based in Cumbria Shepley engineering is a major multidisciplined contractor and project manager specialising in term contract works predominantly within the nuclear and chemical process plant environments. Shepley contributes mechanical and electrical implementation works, demolition and deplanting and decommissioning activities to CNSL projects.

Jacobs Stobbarts Ltd
